You're not paying for discs. You're paying for every minute you waste changing them.
Every worn-out disc is a break in your rhythm, machine off, disc off, disc on, machine on, find your spot again. Multiply that across a full day of prep work and you're bleeding time you'll never bill for.
The SPX Yellow Ceramic doesn't just sand. It keeps sanding. Premium ceramic grain self-sharpens under pressure, maintaining aggressive cut long after aluminium oxide has glazed over and given up. Fewer disc changes. Fewer interruptions. More square metres done before smoko.
SPX Yellow Ceramic Sanding Disc – 150mm (15-Hole)
Key Features:
Premium Yellow Ceramic Grain – Cuts faster and lasts longer than standard aluminium oxide. Noticeably fewer disc changes per job.
Anti-Clog Stearate Coating – Reduces loading and heat build-up during sanding. The disc keeps biting when lesser discs would have glazed and started burning your surface.
Hook-and-Loop (Velcro) Backing – Quick changeovers, firm hold on any 150mm pad. Locks on, rips off, no mucking around.
Optimised 15-Hole Pattern – Excellent dust extraction for cleaner results and extended disc life. Less dust on your work means less rework at the end.
Uniform Scratch Pattern – Consistent surface finish ready for painting or coating. No hot spots, no uneven scratches, no callbacks.
Available Grits: 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1200.
Box Quantity: 50 pcs (60 & 80 grit) | 100 pcs (all other grits).
