5.1 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do no accept change of mind returns under any circumstances.
