SPX Abrasives Wholesale Policies

Purpose
This MAP Policy is designed to protect the SPX Abrasives brand, maintain fair market value, and ensure consistent pricing across all sales channels.
Minimum Advertised Price
Resellers must not advertise any SPX Abrasives product below the MAP price set and communicated by SPX Abrasives. SPX Abrasives will keep all authorised resellers updated with current MAP pricing. "Advertised price" includes any public-facing price in print, online, social media, marketplaces, catalogues, or promotional materials.
Private Sales
This policy applies only to advertised prices. Resellers may sell products at any price privately or at checkout, as long as the advertised price complies with MAP.
Discounting & Promotions
Resellers may advertise SPX Abrasives products below MAP without seeking approval, provided the price is clearly marked as a sale, promotion, or temporary discounted price. The promotional nature of the reduced price must be obvious and not presented as a permanent advertised price.
Non-Compliance
SPX Abrasives may take any of the following actions for MAP violations (at its sole discretion): written warning, temporary suspension of supply, permanent removal of reseller authorisation, refusal of future orders.
Unilateral Policy
This MAP Policy is non-negotiable and will not be altered through agreements with any reseller. SPX Abrasives alone determines MAP pricing and compliance actions.
Purpose
To preserve the integrity, quality, and reputation of SPX Abrasives products by preventing unauthorised rebranding, modification, or alteration.
No Rebranding or Removal of SPX Identity
Wholesalers and resellers are strictly prohibited from removing, altering, obscuring, or replacing any SPX Abrasives branding, logos, packaging, labels, or product markings.
No Product Alteration
Products must not be modified, repackaged, or altered in any way—including changes to quantity, components, warranty information, or technical specifications—without written approval from SPX Abrasives.
Approved Customisation
Any custom bundle, kit, or packaging that includes SPX Abrasives products must be approved in writing before sale or distribution.
Authenticity Protection
Resellers must ensure products are sold in the original SPX Abrasives condition and packaging to maintain authenticity and traceability.
Non-Compliance
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of account, cancellation of pending orders, revocation of authorised reseller status, or legal action for misuse of trademarks or brand assets.
